Clean place with sea views and very amiable and efficient staff. Magnificent location, close to everything. And short walk to LOCAL shops and restaurants as well as a wonderful beach.

Modest and comfy units with balconies on the 4th to 6th floors. - Superfriendly staff who are always ready to assist. - Magnificent location, perfect for exploring Phuket and the surrounding islands. - Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, mini market, bus stop, and local shops.

I had modest and bright room complete with a balcony, 4-6 floors, as example. The location was great and lovely and the services were terrific. Area around had a good choice of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

The staff at Surin Sunset Hotel - Sha were outstandingly accommodating. the place was clean and the units were modest and perfect. - the location of the hotel is marvellous, being really close to a supermarket. - Guests can enjoy lots of goodies for breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and pharmacies. The room was verysuper clean and cozy, providing a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 24-hour 7-Eleven shop nearby. The massages next to the hotel were also a great addition to our relaxation.

The room I stayed in was bright and absolutely perfect with a balcony on the 4th-6th floors. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sea from the balcony. - the hotel's location was prime and convenient for exploring Phuket and the surrounding islands, situated in a coastal area.

The staff was helpful, big room with promised amenities, nice balcony, great bed, big closet.

I was really surprised by my recent stay at Surin Sunset Hotel - Sha. The motorbike hire available from the hotel at a reasonable rate of 200 THB per day was convenient for exploring the area. The friendly desk staff made me feel welcome, and the cleanliness of the hotel ensured a comfortable and safe base for my visit. Although there was no visible restaurant, the availability of coffee and water in the reception area was a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The location was perfect for us, as it was not far from the beach and near several nice restaurants. Transportation was easy, and we were able to walk to Surin beach within minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience.

The room we booked at Surin Sunset Hotel was not available for the first day, but the staff immediately informed us and offered a slightly inferior room for that night, with a small discount. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel has great potential for improvement with the right management. The location in Surin Beach is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach. The bed in our room was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, serving delicious and affordable food. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our onward travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and potential for improvement.

The breakfast was alright and the staff was generally friendly. the hotel was positioned well for getting around the town and was close to the beach. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was great for browsing and staying connected with friends and family back home.

our room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived and the towels were old and musty.

During my New Year's stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost-effective accommodation options available in the area. The hotel I stayed in had two great features on offer: first, it was located within walking distance of the pristine beaches, allowing me easy access to the beautiful sunsets; second, it had easy access to several eateries, which made it easy for me to satisfy my taste buds. the in-room amenities provided me with all the necessary comforts for a happy vacation.

I did find a few drawbacks in my stay. the staff was not very fluent in English, which created confusion during my check-in.
